Non-Charge Fees

A cash on delivery fee, convenience store post-payment fee, and bank transfer fee will be charged for each payment method. Please pay the handling fee at your own expense.
*The interest rate for installment payments on credit card payments is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping charges vary by delivery area. Hokkaido, remote islands, mountainous areas, and some regions may incur additional shipping fees above the standard shipping fees. Please refer to the shipping fee list below.

How to Order

Internet Ordering

Application validity period

As a general rule, one week from the date of application.

Order Acceptance

We will reply to your order with an order confirmation e-mail, but our acceptance of your order will be deemed final when we ship your order.

Time of delivery of goods

Basically, we ship within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation. However, in the case of bank transfer (prepayment) payment, the product will be shipped within 2 business days after the payment is confirmed. For items shipped directly from the manufacturer, delivery will normally take 3-14 business days from the date the order is confirmed (or from the date payment is confirmed in the case of bank transfer). If you need more time than that, we will clearly state so on the product page. If the product is temporarily out of stock at the actual store, or if the product has to be ordered, we will contact you separately to inform you of the delivery date.

In the case of pre-order items, the items will be shipped after they are released.

Payment Method

Payment methods include cash on delivery, credit card payment, Amazon Pay, bank transfer, and deferred payment at convenience stores.

Due to the specifications of the cart system, the following cannot be used for deferred payment at convenience stores.
Settlement for products priced at 55,000 yen or more including tax

Due to the specifications of the cart system, cash on delivery cannot be accepted for the following items.
Settlement for products with a total value of 300,000 yen or more

Some products may have restrictions on payment methods. Please note the following
(1) Cash on delivery is not accepted for subscription purchases.
(2) For products shipped directly from the manufacturer, cash on delivery (COD) payment is not accepted.
(3) Pre-order items can only be purchased within one month prior to their release (members can register their items on their wish list).

Time of payment

Credit card: Please contact your credit card company for details, as it depends on your credit card agreement.
Bank transfer: within 3 days after the purchase of the product and the sending of the transfer instruction e-mail.
Convenience store payment: within 7 days of the issuance of the payment slip after the purchase of the product.
Cash on delivery: At the time of receipt of goods

About Defective Products

Only in the case of an initial defective product or wrong product, if you contact us within 8 days of receipt of the product, we will exchange it for a good or equivalent product after return of the product on delivery with cash on delivery.

We do not accept returns other than for initial defective products. However, in the case of a wrong item, we will take the following actions.
